What are the fund management fees?
Fund management fees are charged by the asset manager (e.g. BlackRock) to oversee the running of an investment fund.
When do I get charged my fees?
Under the account fee option, we charge your accrued monthly fee on the 1st of each month.
Under ChipX, your monthly membership fee will be charged every 28 days from the day you sign up.

How do I switch between plans?
You can upgrade to a ChipX membership whenever you like, you’ll find a few prompts around the app, or you can head to your ‘Profile’ tab, and select your plan.
You can also downgrade to our standard plan whenever you like. Just be aware you would need to sell down any ChipX exclusive funds to complete the downgrade.
