Any questions?

Wealth Tiers are new, so it's only fair you'd have a few.

What is Wealth Tiers, and does it cost anything?
Wealth Tiers is a programme that rewards you as your investments with Chip grow. There's nothing to buy or subscribe to – your tier is based on how much you hold in investments with us. The first tier is Silver.

You don't pay to join or stay in a tier. You reach Silver by holding investments with Chip, not by paying a fee.
Wealth Tiers is opt-in. On your Profile screen, you'll see a card inviting you to explore the programme. Tap through, read the terms and continue to join. Once you've joined, we'll check your investment balance and show you your tier and any benefits you've unlocked.
Do I have to join Wealth Tiers? And what happens if I don't?
Joining is completely optional. If you don't join, nothing about your existing accounts, rates or products changes. You can join at any time from your Profile tab.
Are Wealth Tiers the same as ChipX?
No – they're separate. ChipX is our subscription plan. Wealth Tiers is a free membership programme based on your investment balance. Being in one doesn't affect the other, and ChipX members get everything they already pay for regardless of their tier.
How does my Silver Wealth tier rate boost work with an existing offer?
The Silver rate boost is added on top. If you have a promotional rate on your Smart Cash ISA, the +0.20% AER Silver increase is added to it.

Your benefits screen shows the full breakdown of your rate, including your underlying rate, any promotional rate and your Silver increase, so you can see how your total rate is made up.
Are there other Wealth Tiers besides Silver?
Silver is the first Wealth Tier available today.

We're exploring other tiers, and you can tell us in the app what benefits you'd like to see from them.

Any future tiers or benefits shown in the app aren't available yet and aren't a commitment that we'll introduce them.
Where can I read the full Wealth Tiers terms and conditions?
The full Wealth Tiers terms and conditions are linked from the programme screen in the app. You can also view them here.
