1. Details of the trial

1.1 This offer (the “ChipX Free Trial”), which is made to you by Chip Financial Ltd (as defined in Chip Terms and Conditions), entitles you access to the ChipX Premium Plan subscription (as defined on the Chip pricing page: getchip.uk/pricing) for a period of 365 days from the moment we activate such trial period(the “Free Trial Period”).

1.2 If you are on the ChipX Free Trial you will be able to see how many days you have remaining on the trial plan by going into the app, clicking on profile, from there you can see the amount of days left under your account tab.

2. Cancelling the trial

2.1 You can cancel your trial at any time by heading to the ‘Profile’ sections of your app, then to “YourMembership”, and downgrading to the Chip Free Plan. Equally, you can cancel by emailing us at hello@getchip.uk or coming into live chat to talk to our customer support team.

If you choose to cancel your ChipX Free Trial you will lose access to all products and features on the ChipX membership plan. Any features of ChipX that were used during the Free Trial Period will no longer be available unless you upgrade to become a ChipX member.

If you do not cancel before the end of the trial, you will be charged the next day for either the monthly (£5.99 every 28 days) or annual plan (£65.05 billed annually) depending on your choice when starting the trial.

2.2 If you decide that you do not want to become a ChipX member on a paid subscription after your free trial is over, you just have to cancel your ChipX subscription by the end of the Free Trial Period.

2.3 If you open an Investment product that is exclusive to ChipX, you will not be able to add more money to that Investment product after leaving ChipX. But you can withdraw whenever you want.

2.4 Any Chip free trial offer is for one use only per customer. If you are already a ChipX customer or using a free ChipX trial, you cannot subscribe to this or any other ChipX free trial promotion.

2.5 Chip reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to withdraw or to modify this ChipX Free Trial Offer and/or the ChipX Free Trial Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice and with no liability.

Eligibility Criteria:

With all Chip promotion campaigns, you must be over 18 years old and be a resident of the United Kingdom, in order to participate.

If Chip has grounds to suspect any entrant or third party of gaming, deception or fraudulent or unreasonable conduct of any kind (including, without limitation, manipulating referral codes) or if Chip believes the promotion is being abused in any way, Chip reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to disqualify any referral code or person it reasonably believes to be responsible for, or associated with, such activity and/or refuse to apply any promotion.
