1. The Promotion

During the Promotion Period, one eligible Chip member who adds at least £1 to a qualifying Chip account will be selected at random to receive a prize equal to their qualifying deposit, up to a maximum of £5,000.

• Promotion Period: 
  
  • From 17:30 on 10 February 2026 to 23:59 on 13 February 2026.
• The Prize: 
  
  • A matching amount of your qualifying deposit, up to £5,000, credited to your Chip Instant Access or Chip Prize Savings Account.

2. Eligibility

To take part in this promotion, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be a UK resident aged 18 or over.
• You must have opened your first eligible Chip account between 00:01 on 1 January 2026 and 17:30 on 10 February 2026.
• The eligible account must be a Chip Instant Access account, Chip Easy Access Saver, Chip Prize Savings Account or Chip Investments Account.
• During the promotion period, you must add at least £1 of new money to an eligible account. 
  
  • New money means funds that are not transferred from another Chip account. 
  • Each qualifying deposit counts as one entry. For example, a £50 deposit and a separate £1,000 deposit would count as two entries.
• You must have an active Chip Instant Access or Chip Prize Savings Account to receive the prize. If you do not have one at the time of the prize draw, you must open one within five (5) business days of being contacted to stay eligible.
• You must maintain your new balance post deposit in the qualifying account until 16 February 2026.
• You must be using version 4.56.0 or later of the Chip app.

3. The Winner Selection

• The Draw: 
  
  • One winner will be chosen at random within ten (10) business days of the Promotion Period ending.
• Notification: 
  
  • The winner will be contacted using the email address registered to their Chip account.
• Verification and forfeiture: 
  
  • The Prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected if:
  • The winner cannot be contacted within ten (10) business days of the draw.
  • The winner does not have, or does not open, a Chip Instant Access or Chip Prize Savings Account.
  • The winner is found to be ineligible or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
  • The winner chooses not to accept the prize.

4. Important Information about the Prize

• The prize is a promotional reward. While it is held as a prize balance, it is not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). Your own deposited funds remain subject to FSCS protection, where applicable.
• The prize represents an amount Chip promises to pay you. You can only withdraw the prize once you have withdrawn all of your own deposited funds from your Chip Instant Access or Chip Prize Savings Account.
• The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for a cash payment outside of the Chip Instant Access or Chip Prize Savings Account.
• The payment of the prize will be made within fifteen (15) business days of the promotion ending.

5. General Terms

• With all Chip promotion campaigns, you must be over 18 years old and be a tax resident of the United Kingdom, in order to participate.
• Any Chip promotion is also subject to the eligibility requirements of a Chip account, which can be found in Section 4 of our Terms of Use.
• If Chip has grounds to suspect any entrant or third party of gaming, deception or fraudulent or unreasonable conduct of any kind (including, without limitation, manipulating promo codes) or if Chip believes the promotion is being abused in any way, Chip reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to disqualify any promo code or person it reasonably believes to be responsible for, or associated with, such activity and/or refuse to apply any promotion.
