Eligibility criteria (who you need to be)

You need to:

• have never opened an investment account (either a GIA or a Stocks & Shares ISA) with Chip.

AND;

• be an active Chip customer with;
• an open Prize Savings Account, with;
• a balance of more than £0.01.

AND have received the promotional communications for this promotion.

How to qualify (what you need to do)

To be entered into the prize draw to win £1,000 you need to: 

• Open a Chip investment account (either a GIA and/or a Stocks & Shares ISA), and;
• Deposit at least £10 into your Chip investment account(s) into any fund, (this can be spread across both your GIA and Stocks & Shares ISA if you choose);
• Between 28 July 2025 and 23:59 8 August 2025.
• Please note that deposits into uninvested cash will not be counted towards the minimum £10 deposit.

How and when you’ll be rewarded

• If you meet the eligibility criteria and perform the qualifying actions outlined above you will gain one entry into a prize draw to win a £1,000 bonus.  

• Please note, as long as the minimum deposit is initiated by the 23:59 8 August 2025 deadline, it will qualify for the promotion. Note that investment deposits may take a few days to appear in your account.

• The winner of this prize draw will be selected at random using trusted third party prize selection software no later than 15 August 2025.

• There is only one (1) prize of £1,000 available.

• If you win the £1,000 prize you will be notified and the money will be paid no later than 22 August 2025 into your Prize Savings Account.

• The £1,000 will be paid as a bonus, which means it won’t count towards your cash balance for the purposes of earning interest or as entries in the monthly draw for the Prize Savings Account.

• This prize draw is a one-off promotion and is distinct from the monthly prize draw for the Prize Savings Account. Entry into this prize draw will not affect your entry into the Prize Savings Account draws. 

• If Chip has grounds to suspect any user, or associated third party of abusing the promotion in any capacity, Chip reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to disqualify any person it reasonably believes to be responsible for, or associated with, such activity and/or refuse to pay any bonus.
