Referring a friend is simple. All you need to do is open the app and take the following steps:

Find ‘Promos & Referrals’, then follow the on-screen steps to generate your unique referral code.
Share the wealth
There’s no limit to the number of friends you can refer, so share this code with as many people as you like.

Sign up using their referral code
First your friend will need to download the Chip app and sign up using the unique referral code you have kindly provided.
Deposit at least £500
They’ll need to make a deposit of at least £500 into their Chip Instant Access Account.
Hold the balance 30 days
Lastly, they’ll need to hold at least £500 in their account for 30 days.
Unlimited referrals
More the merrier
For every friend you refer, you could both earn £20. For example, successfully refer two people and you’ll receive £40. Refer four and you’ll get £80.

Your £20 reward will be added to your Chip Instant Access account, once the person being referred has met all the above requirements.
Please note that any bonus payments from Chip into your Chip Instant Access Account do not count towards your balance when interest is calculated, and bonus payments can take up to 5 working days to reach your linked bank account when you withdraw.
There is no limit. For every friend you successfully refer, you will receive an additional £20 cashback referral bonus into your Chip Instant Access Account. So, if you successfully refer two friends, you will receive two separate £20 cashback rewards; refer three, and you’ll get three separate £20 cashback rewards into your Chip Instant Access account.
