There was an issue affecting some Chip members' access to the app from 08:50 to 14:30 today.

We have now resolved the issue and you can now access your app as usual.

This was a visual ‘front-end’ issue only, and your Chip account and balance has not been affected.

We take issues like this extremely seriously.

We will share more about why this happened and how we're making sure it won't happen again in the coming days.
